worse reflux ? is it linked to teething or change of food ?

i dont know if this should be in food or here , sorry !

unfortunatly two things have happened recently that co-incide with us getting a daily progectile vomit ( change of clothes , shampoo carpe styly) , the only recent two things to have changed are his now taking some stage 2 food , which he loves , and his also cut his first tooth just days ago all at the same time of this dailey puke fest

his now on follow milk too and only half the dose of gaviscon he was on as this new milk is thicker and much of the lil 10 x daily pukes have stopped so im not sure he needs gavsicon upping again really. his been on this since a month now and this puke fest has only been last 5 days ? any ideas? i cant stand getting him ready for bed , all sleeping and nice to have to get him completely changed again and cleaning the carpet and sofa sucks ! ( thank god for leather sofa lmao)

My lil'un had to have gaviscon too, gastric reflux. she was sick with food milk, u name it. i know what u mean about bedtime changing too lol!! i found the change of milk made her worse, sma gold she was ok on but not the ready made stuff, that was the worst! tried her on sma white as she was getting hungrier and wouldnt eat solids very well, but that brought her up in a rash and made her ill.. then finally i could get her on sma progress at 6 months and she loved it! phew! she has never taken to food and even now shes 17months and doesnt eat much, but loves her cows milk now, but has up to 3 full bottles a night im not sure if it has anything to do with the reflux she had, but shes not keen to eat main meals. i also tried her on the cow and gate bedtime milk which is much thicker so they sleep better thru the night, she would wake for more milk all the time (still does!!) but that didnt agree with her either.
it took a short while for her to go against the sma white, so maybe the change of milk is the cause, as they are made with different ingredients to make it thicker and more nutricious. may be a certain ingredient making him bring it back up, not sure about teething though, it could add to the problem being its painful for them and being the first tooth they dont understand whats happening.
if he keeps being sick go see your hv but just make sure he is getting enough water

Ted cut his first tooth this week and he has been really sick, also off his food a bit...do you think the two are related?

kyran stopped being sick about 2months ago but the last 3 or so days hes started throwing up again. not much just comes up with a burp still smelly and wet enough to need a change of clothes about 7times a day it always misses his bib to!

I was wondering why hes started again hes just started teething again but i cant remember him being sick when the bottom two came through. i dunno what causes it?

lil miss has been sicky every time she has cut a new tooth... so it might be linked... it maybe because they produce more saliva...

no sick for 2 days , had the runs instead ! does seem to be related tho doesnt , sucks when there reflux gets worse everytime they have a growth spurt or teeth !!

Ooo runs too... lil miss has had that too over the past few days. Shes just cut her top right tooth

thanks nie , his only being sick 1/2 times a day at mo and no progectiled thank god but his still got the runs , calmed down a bit today but his so unhappy too and barely eating , dr says his fine .

Alex is teething top and bottom teeth.... and he has been really sick and his nappies are just awful!!!!! He has also got very bad nappy rash, which has only come in the last few days!
