I am abit worried, don't know if company are trying to screw me over or not.
I first informed them about my pregnancy when I was 14 weeks pregnant, I asked if they wanted it in writing HR manager said no its ok, I had to fill out all the H&S forms. Then I read that on here it should of been put in writing, so I asked HR should I do this & she said it didn't matter.
I'm panicing now, being really paranoid that because they haven't got a formal letter from me will they try & do me over when it comes to my mat pay. Maybe I'm just being silly, can't imagine they would do that but can't help thinking it.
What do you think I should do?
