hi everyone, i posted on here a few weeks back cos me and the oh had a 'accident' and was worried about having a baby so soon but turns out that was ok. but..... its happened again! i cant believe ive been so stupid. my period started last sunday and finished thursday but this weekend we had a few nights out and were a bit irresponsible (about 5 times to be exact) we did it friday, sat and sunday. thing is i woke up this morning feeling really sick! i cant remember how soon after birth they say its easy to fall pregnant again (my baby is nearlly 8 months) if something has happened is it possible for it to start so early? ive been looking online and says it is possible for it to start as soon as conception occurs. also last night i was a bit constipated. any help and advice would be appreciated!

Oh dear... Hoping you get the result you're after!

It can happen, I had a brother and sister in the same year as me at school but they weren't twins, their mum must have fallen pregnant straight away after giving birth.

Erm, I don't know what to suggest other than to leave it a little while and go to the docs for a blood pregnancy test?! Or a home test or something...

Let us know how it goes! xx

Yep you are able to get pregnant again now, there are only 18 months between my eldest 2.

Hope it works out for you.

You can conceive if you are ovulating. Be that 6 months or a year after giving birth. Some women have conceived within 3 months even. So yes, you could well be PG, but it depends on when you BD and ovulated and so on.

When you BF often you don't get your period back till you stop, so that offers some protection but thats still not a definate.

Hope you get the result you want from a test when its time. Its too early atm for a PG test but maybe you can go see the Doctor for a blood test sooner.

It may well be you just have an upset stomach from a hectic weekend.
