Worried about caesarean at Whipps Cross Hospital

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have just found out that my baby is still in breech position and it looks like I will have to have a C-section. Just wondered if anyone could give me some advice on this and has anyone had a caesarean at Whipps Cross Hospital as I don't know how good or bad their reputation is for this procedure.
