Working out when our baby was concieved....

Evening everyone. was just wondering, if i count 38 weeks back from my due date, will that tell me exaclty when our bubba was concieved? Before our scan, we were counting from the day of my last period (which is about 40 weeks) but now that the date has been brought forward by 2 days, i dont really understand when they are counting from as i dont thave my last period date wrong. Im just intrigued and would like to know exaclty which night was our lucky night as we did it quite a lot over this time!

ur due date is only an estimate so u have no way of knowing 100%

Theres noway of knowing what day you concieved. When they give you a due date they base it on the size of your baby. Some woman can get pregnant on their periods, so theres not really anyway of knowing. Same really OH and I wanted to know when our baby was concieved aswell.

Whewn I looked back over my dates there was one date that stood out..... It was an unusual day as I had really bad stomach cramps and was sick. I didn't think anything of it at the time but did write in in my diary. 6 week later we had a positive pregnancy test ( I did 7 in total and all were negative until I was 2 week late!)

So I am taking that day as the day I concieved. Don't know if thats right or not but thats what we are doing......

From the date we work on im due a week before my due date,
with Luke it was new year eve and we were right

When I went to my doc after BFP, she was working out dates & told me I would have conceived on about 4th July, then asked if that sounded right! I don't know! I wasn't officially 'trying' at the time, so I have no idea when I had 'cuddles'. I'll remember to keep a diary next time...

i was a bit of a ttc addict and i did the whole opks and temp and charting etc. I know the date i concieved and it was 21days after the day of my first period yet when we went to the 12 week scan they made my due date i day after the day of my last period this is why i was convinced they would have put me back 3 weeks on the scan which they didn't so i have a strong feeling that our baby will go well over our due date that they have given us - but we will see, they have all this technology to measure the babies and date them don't they!!

We know exactly where and when
His family think when we visited in south africa, that was the date of the LMP but not conception which was far less glam

We have a rough idea but nothing solid, I dont think you can ever say 100%!!

I remember the exact time that our's was concieved
The condom broke but as we were going to start trying anyway in few months we took the chance and I got caught first time
Had to go on holiday not being able to have a drink but it was worth it.
