Work - how long is long enough..?

Ok so i was told by my dr i was not to do my job in its current state and needed to be moved off and she would help if they dont.

I told them yesterday morning and he said he would sort it today and spoke to person with me about how hes off for a bit now after today.. (that worries me)
How long is enough time before i say something? And/Or go to drs?

Ive woken up a touch crampy today but have stomach issues so could be that. Just makes you more paranoid!!

Any advice be fab x

If he is off someone else would be taking over his duties surely so I would just ask them about it. X
