i had such a good night sleeps last night, the best in ages, i normally go for a pee like 3-5 times a night, last night i went once! anbd slept thru the rest of the night without cramp waking me up too. thing is i still feel knackered!

still... im sure all the sleepless nights, stressing, weird pains etc will all be worth it in the end.

Plus i couldnt moan if i wanted to, not after reading about tracey's LO, its so sad and scary

Yeah i don't think any of us will be complaining about preg. It's all very sad.

for your cramp have a mug of hot milk just before bed, its been working wonders for me.

Glad you slept well, I'm still getting up lots!! x x
