wireless internet

We've had loads of problems recently with our wireless internet going off every night. Spent ages on the phone to Sky technical help and had no joy...

then the other night I suddenly realised the internet only ever went off when we have our wireless monitors on when Evie goes to bed.

does anyone else have this problem?

Yeh Sky has the worst broadband in the world EVER!!!
A Couple of months ago I phoned, said my Modem was broken and that I want another one, after about 15 minutes arguing with an indian call centre man I got sent another one. Its still intermittent

We had Sky internet for about 3 months, we had so many problems with it, if it rained it wouldn't work, if it was windy it didn't work, around 6-9pm generally it wouldn't work (busy period I guess) etc....anyway we complained so much about it they released us from the 12 month contract and were now with another provider. I have to say I've never heard a positive report about anyne with Sky broadband....my sister works in their call centre and says all she ever gets in complaints, annoyed customers etc and despite being able to have it free she has another provider also.....you'll find your wireless box is most likely just fine but it's the actual service itself.
