My sons Kaidens 5 months now, i chose to take 12 months maternity leave 6 months paid 6 months unpaid, that was until my OH asked me to marry him, ive now decided to go back to work at the end of september instead of the end of december as finances are running low and i dont wanna depend on my OH for money. Im struggling to get childcare and have applied for a few nurserys but there is a very long waiting list, also due to the cost il only be able to work part time and during the day, do you think my employer will allow me to change from Fulltime to Part time and il also have to change my hours too, as before i had Kaiden i could work 24 hour shifts, back shifts and sleep ins now i cant do that as i have no childcare for my son, i could only work maybe mon-fr- between 8-6. im unsure if they would have the right to sack me as my contracts states i must be very flexible . What rights do i have as a new mum? Im unsure xkelx
