i've had an awful stomache bug i got from work and spent yesterday in the bathroom, really ill from both ends 
i'm still got this stinking flu i've had for around a week now and my nose is sore from having to wipe it all the time and my lips keep cracking when i talk they're so dry
friday i had just gotten rid of a migraine so then emptying myself yesterday left me dehydrated and i've had a bad headache creeping up on me all day that has just hit me full force
my mum fell last Sunday and they suspected she broke her wrist so plastered it and she 'had' to go back thursday but slipped trying to wash her hair in the bath tonight and soaked her cast completely and it's gone all soft so my grandad has had to take her to the hospital because she can't drive because of it.
i had a small portion of roast dinner earlier after just eating toast since being ill and now i feel like i'm going to puke again, i have emetaphobia (fear of being sick) and my little brother is the only other person in
i phoned OH earlier as he is round at a friends and he really couldn't get off the phone quick enough even though i told him how awful i was feeling and that i was practically on my own, it really hurt
i can't even go to bed because i have to wait for mum to get in as i'm looking after my little brother. she's gone to the hospital around the same time this sunday as she did last sunday and last sunday she wasn't home until 11, so i've got a while to wait until she's home
sorry to rant but i needed to get it out my system. i feel like everything's getting on top of me and i can't do anything about it
