Why does all this freaky stuff happen to me!

Yesterday my Mum's boiler broke and she had to pull the tumble dryer out to get at it. The top of the tumble dryer was so dusty and newly written in the dust was the initials SS.
We couldn't think of anyone with them initials except we call Summer - Summer sunshine but even so, you have to actually pull the tumble dryer out to write on it and no one knows how these initials got there.
When I went round my Mums today she called me in the kitchen, pulled the tumble dryer out and showed me the initials.
I went on to face book and as my Mum was cleaning the dust I found out my friend 'Sarah Snape' died a few days ago but just as I told my Mum that could be who wrote the SS the boiler started working again!

That was in our old flat, haven't seen anything of it since moving so must be that flat.
