Why can she feel my uterus at 5wks?

I had a check up today with the doctor for something not related to the pregnancy but while I was there she had a feel of my tummy and said she can feel my uterus!
She said they cant usually feel the uterus until about 12 weeks so why can she feel mine this early?

I dont know for sure that I'm 5 weeks but if its not 5 weeks then it will be 6 but no more then that.
I dont even have a baby bump yet its baffled me!

Does anyone know if that could be a sign of twins?
