White lil spots on nipples...

not spots as such, but the actual lil nipple bit right in middle is going abit white, and boobs are really sore.. read its normal.. jus wondering if anyone else had this? xx / or got ? xx

Yes its perfectly normal to get sore boobs - you'll find that it will ease off around 12/14 weeks when your hormones level out. Your spots around nipples sound like montgomery's tubercles which secrete oil in preparation for breastfeeding. awww feeling all nostalgic - I found out that I was pregnant this time last year
