I have only been in my job for 3months and Im due babes in September. Im guessing It wont be my employer that will have to pay me because I wouldn't of been there long enough so when do I need to go to the jobcentre to get the forms and stuff? Im not going on Mat leave till I cant work anymore so far so good I feel really well if I was to put it down as a week before my due date and Pip came early what would happen?

I think the earliest you can apply is 14 weeks before your due date. You can put when you first want it paid, but I've a feeling that if your baby comes before this date then it's paid from then.

Hey, you can fill in the form 'online' and then print it or you can print it and fill it by hand - so that might be easier than having to go get the forms. Here's the link the the page where you can do that...

http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/JCp/Customers/WorkingAgeBenefits/Dev_008115.xml.html

the forms are at the bottom.

You can apply from 26 weeks but you can always start filling the form before then as it's quite long and a little complicated! The form on the link has all the notes with it explaining what you need to put where and how.
