when is the best time? anyone fresh off the pill?

came off the pill last wednesday. af came on sunday and is almost gone. before the pill i had 28/29 day cycles. when would i ovulate and when would be the best time to be bd? also anyone got a bfp the month after coming off the pill? thanks.

Welcome ... I came off my pill ready to TTC in January - I found that I had to monitor my first few cycles to get an idea of when I ovulated & even then it changed month to month, some days I ovulated around day 14 & other months it wasnt until day 20! But my cycles range from 28 days - 35 days. So I try and BD a lot between CD12-20 just in case but if you do get to know when you ovulate it makes it much easier... are you planning on using OPKs? Or monitoring your temp? checking for EWCM? etc to help you work it out? xx
