When is best to have sex...

Hi all,

I read about some sore of method on here as to what days are best to have sex when tcc, but I can't for the life of me find it or remember what the method was called... any ideas?

I know every other day is the NHS stand point but I want to try a more targeted approach this month

Hi, there is something called SMEP which is Sperm Meets Egg Plan.
This is what I found online:

In order to ensure sperm and egg meet, you will “try” every other day starting on the eighth day of your cycle. The timing of this is based on how long sperm live, realistically a few days under ideal conditions. On the tenth day of your cycle you will begin daily testing with OPKs (ovulation prediction kits) and upon receiving a positive OPK you will “try” 3 more days in a row. Then skip one day and give it one more try.
