When do think is best? Or wat day did u catch?

Heya. Yes I'm back with my questions! So I've heard spermies can last up to seven days waiting around for that egg! Let's say Im pos for day 15 on an Opk is that the best day or the days before it or after it?

If uve had ur bfp wat day dya think u caught.

Also is it best to save them all up or just do it every day!!

Ideal is the couple of days before ov, the day it happens and a day or so after just to be sure.

Every other day should catch it

Every 2-3 days is advised x
Gives sperm chance to get healthy -everyday and sperm quality is not as good
