hi im breastfeeding my 6 week old and i stopped bleeding around week four, i had a bloated belly a few days ago and 2day i noticed some blood in my nickers and inm not sure if my periods returned, coz i thought if your breastfeeding it takes ages tio return.

My doctor told me that is a myth that a womans period doesnt return during breatsfeeding. Some women are lucky and it doesnt but others it returns straight away.
I stopped bleeding around 3 weeks but started again spotting at 5 weeks (totally normal according to the doctor). Thea is now 11 weeks and i havent had another bleed.
