Minime!....

My Oh had a very recent claim to fame...when he was in France, after he saw the SA v Tonga game he was in a bar and all the Tonga payers arrived so he had a drink and a chat with them

Ive met loads of boxers as my uncle is part of Ricky Hattons pheonix camp so met them at the after partys.

Been out clubbing with Ricky Hatton & Ashley from corrie years ago! Ive met Shane Richie after a panto he was in, was years ago now cant even remember what it was I was only young. Also met Darren Day.

I met Sean Penn and Nick Nolte in Berlin, they were over for a film premier at the festival. They came into the club where I was and took over one of the back rooms, posting their body guards on the door. I was one of the 'lucky few' aloud to share the room with them. Nick Nolte was OFF HIS FACE and Sean Penn was just acting like a jumped up little midget (he's so tiny!)

I've also met Tracey Emin, another 'off your face' experience, also in Berlin.

I also got trashed at the Love Parade with Pierce Brosnans cousin  He was cute!

Hmmmm, my only sober claim to fame was sitting next to Daniel Craig on a flight to London once. He was with his then girlfriend Haike Makatsch (German actress) She was really friendly, but he was stuck up.

Not as good as some...

I used to know the Editors before they were famous, they gigged with another band I knew at the time and the Editors used to be called Snowfield.

When I'm not on maternity leave, I actually work above Kerrang Radio in Birmingham :shhh: so I've met Ugly Phil several times, been to the loo with Emma Scott (not actually WITH, there were 2 cubicles)... and been to 3 of their Live@Kerrang gigs and met Fightstar, Editors and Within Temptation and got stuff signed by them. Won't mean a lot unless you listen to Kerrang and know those bands.

So crazy though when I met Editors... the lead singer recognised me from all those years back and said something like "good to see you again Shell, I remember you from when we were Snowfield" and I was so shocked I didn't know what to say and afterwards I felt like such a fool for not knowing what to say to guys I used to hang round with but were now famous and much better..

Went to the signing tent at Soundstation gig 2006 and met Orson - they were really arrogant to be honest but I should have expected that. Met a couple of other bands there too but I can't remember which ones.

Oh yeah and at that Soundstation gig I stood watching part of the gig with the bassist from The Crimea, who were the band I went there to see. It was great, we were talking about my band promotions website, and music in general, and he was such a nice guy.

Um... Anyone seen Ray Mears extreme adventures? I haven't.. Met him though - my friend recognised him when we were shopping in Telford Town Centre.

Also that guy from Men Behaving Badly... the tall one that isn't Neil Morrisey. I walked into him at a NEC jobs fair without realising who he was until his bodyguards turfed me off him..

Oh and my Grandad used to be quite friendly with Geoff Capes- they both used to breed birds!!!

My only claim to fame was that my Mom was good friends with Roy Woods wife (AKA the Wizard, had a big christmas hit that they still play every year, he had the long white beard and make up).
I used to play with his daughter who was called...........would you believe............ Holly Wood!!!!! Classic!
