What's with the stabbing pains??!

Ok I moved to tri 2 two days ago and for two days I've had shooting/stabbing pains really low down what are these ? I haven't really had Amy stretching pains etc before now, so is this what tri 2 is about lol x x

Iv had lots of stabbing pains and stretching pains and been told that it's all normal xx

thats cos tri 2 is where the serious growth phase kicks in, ive had them too.
