What's the longest you've gone without 'going'?

i'm on day 10 now.
ive taken dulcoease, ducolax, gallons of water/fruit etc and im starting to give up hope now.
my stomach is so tender and sore

It was a while ago now but when I had probs with it I went around 12 days without going and it got to the point I was in a lot of pain with it I don't know what to suggest really as nothing much worked for me

You could try psyllium husks - they sell them in most health food shops. You can take them in capsule form.

aww, bless u! i go every other day now, but when i was on drugs (so not eating hardly anything ever) once a week was normal, once a fortnight didnt bat an eyelid

About 10 days but I have bowel problems ...... usually the problem is the opposite.

I find that grapefruit works every time . x

14 days I have bouts of bad IBS though. A suppository (as yucky as it is) usually works for me.

after i had been to the hospital they put me on movicol and they are brilliant, i do have bad ibs but usually the other way

When I was in hospital and they were trying to induce and just piss arseing about I had 2 suppositories and 2 enemas. Not plesant and then OH got the surgeon to check my bowels whilst he was in there to see if it had worked properly

About 14 days I think, I have IBS though and struggle to go loo without meds usually anyway but when I was in early pregnancy and tried not to take meds I ended up mega constipated and it took weeks to completely clear sorry tmi!!

I remember when I was still at school and didnt got for like 2 weeks my Nanna made me eat a massive bag of grapes (of all things) boy I went after eating them, wheatabix always makes me go as well.... duno if that helps??
