whats going on with me :(

hi all

i want to share whats going on with me and any suggestions are welcome
after i had intercourse on my ovulation dates since then im bloated with cramps (2 weeks) i had a normal abdominal ultrasound then which showed i have no cysts and all is okay
also i had urine test which showed i have no uti
now the cramps r less but i have mild pain in shoulder thighs arms breast and lower back
i had bleeding 4 days prior to my period which lasted for only 2 days and it was not heavy.
i am normally regular with period and dates
what is going on with me..im 18 dpo today and still testing negative on hpt.. bleeding which i think was implantation stopped 5 days back
would be thankful for any advises

my other symptoms are :
pelvic area period like pressure
frequently going to urinate !
breast pain
growing belly (noticable as it never grows am naturally skinny)
i feel so unusually tired with body pains.

are these all signs of pregnancy? because im 18dpo and still bfn

I didn't get a positive until 22dpo however I think I got a false surge which is why I was delayed in getting me bfp. I would say hold on a little longer and test every 2-3 days x
