I was wondering whats better for you...?

Something thats low in fat but high in salt or something thats low in salt but high in fat?

I would rather have the low in fat one...as u would gain less weight.But 4 health reasons I'm not too sure.Sorry not much help! :)

u can work off the fat but salt will give u internal health problems, heart stuff i would have thought?

my grandad used to pour salt on his food and hes just had a heart op :(

I was just after some sort of snack like crisps, usually cheap crisps are high in fat and low in salt, but the expencive ones or the 'diet' ones are low in fat but high in salt. I was going to buy some snack a jacks but i wont bother now :)
 
I never even check the salt content on low fat snacks :oops:

jenna do u like french fries ? ive always been recommend these when dieting for snacks !
 
Potato heads are really low in fat and calories, and really tasty. Don't know what the salt content is like though.
