What painkillers can i take?

I told my midwife about my hip pain and how bad it was getting and she pretty much just said "oh dear"... I can not go another 13 weeks with pain and now my feet are swelling up and i could barely walk yesterday

What can i take to help ease it?

Was told when in hospital with bad stomach pains early on that Pregnant women are aloud paracetamol, codiene and morphine.

Have you thought about trying alternative pain relief like pregnancy yoga? Might help ease whatever the issue is in your hips xx
