What or who is HCO?

My husband got a court letter today saying HCO are taking him to court. Neither of us have a clue what for (it didn't say on the letter) So does anyone know who or what HCO are please? I tried googling it but nothing come up which is bizarre? Any ideas? C

Is there a phone number? You could always call the courts and ask. It may be a mistake or a hoax.

I wouldnt ignore just incase it isnt a hoax...but Sounds like it could be a hoax...give court a call...but be careful not to give any details over phone.
