I was speaking about this yesterday with my sister and according to her I must have only been about 1.5yrs old which I am shocked at if it is true!

My first memory is from before my Dad started any of his businesses and he was still the manager at the local quarry, I remember my Mum putting me into my buggy (which was burgundy and navy checked, with a massive wire basket under it - classically early 80's style!) and us walking to the quarry as my Dad had forgotten to take his packed lunch with him... then after we dropped it off with him at the quarry (which was at the bottom of the hill) we walked to the top of the hill where the cementry is and put some flowers down at my Grandpa's grave.

I know it is an odd memory to have kept, but it is my first memory :)

I can't remember how old I was but I always used to think about being in the back of a red car and we were going round a roundabout and the passenger door flew open

Because I don't know my real parents I could never ask if it was true or not, until a few years ago one of my brothers said that my Dad used to have a red car, so I'm kinda guessing it's true and I didn't imagine it.

I was seperated from my parents when I was 2 so I must have been younger than that. It's weird how you remember things from so far back :)

Mine was   using the potty for the first time.... we were at my old house and I proudly showed my mam... I can still remember my mam praising me :) weird first memory but thats its

Mine was going into my house through the back door and into the living room where it was dark and then the lights came on and everyone shouted suprise and there was all my aunties and uncles!
My dad lived with us still so I was about 2! My mum thinks it may have been either my 2cd birthday or my sisters birthday?! We're not totally sure!

I remember my mum bathing my younger sister in a baby bath on the living room floor. I was crouched down next to her watching. I still remember her mop of thick black hair! Monkey we used to call her. She must've been newborn so i was 20 months.

Mines is bad. My mum was standing in the living room with a brown paper bag in her hand???
Dad hit her and her false teth came out and landed in the kitchen

I was about 2. I remember being on holiday in Great Yarmouth in some kind of holiday camp clubhouse thing playing with plastic orange phones. My mum was on the payphone and I need a poop and she wouldn't hurry up so ended up pooping myself so we went back to the caravan and sat me in the sink...nice. :puke:
What a delightful 1st memory

My earliest is when I was my 5th birthday.
I got a pull along spider which I treasured and still have to this day

1st day of primary school so I was 4 :D

and I remember going with my mum to her scan when she was pregnant with my youngest brother. He was born 10 days before my 5th birthday so this must have been before I started school :D I remember seeing him on the screen :D

My Mum in the bath heavily pregnant with my sister with my beaker of milk on her bump telling me my sister or brother was inside. I remember imagining that my mums belly contained a play ground and my sibling was swinging on a swing in there and just being in awe of such a thing

I woud have been about 2yrs and 8months

My earliest clear memory was my dad lifting me up to look through the scbu window at Hammersmith hospital to see my new baby sister. I wasn't allowed in to see her properly. Most of my clear early memories form around her... her coming home, my mum setting up her feeding tube, bathing her...and sadly the day she was found dead would be the clearest. She was only home a week before she died though so it was more like one long memory. I would have been 4 years old.

I have vague swatches of memory before that... when we moved to 3 Devon Close when I was 2 but nothing really crystal clear until Sheena came along. I am happy though because I can clearly remember her. It would have been awful if she was just a fleeting snippet of memory. :(

I was about 2 I remember being sat on my oldest brothers best friend and biting a cherry tomato and it squirting across the table and went in my mums eye and all down the wall behind her...and I remember her not looking too pleased about it!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: That made me laugh!

Mine is waking up on christmas morning in the bedroom I shared with my little sister, and getting out of bed to find a fisher price play town thing at the end of my bed! Then running into my mum & dad's bedroom shouting 'Look what Father Christmas got me!' and them telling me to try and go back to sleep as it was about 5am... as if!

Think I was 3 at the time as it was in the first house we lived in, we moved when I was 4 as my little brother came along and we needed a bigger house!

I remember bringing my sister home from the hospital, and it was snowing - I was 2 and 9 months.

I remember being in bed with a HUGE teddy bear............I still have it and it is only about 30cm tall - no idea how old I was but was an ickle tiny person :D

I must have been about 3 and it was when we moved into a flat in Kilmarnock.

My earliest memory is being told i was going to have a brother or sister. I wasn't pleased at all and told them i to put it in the bin, my aunt tried to show me how to hold a baby properly using a doll and i picked it up and bashed it off the floor. I was 2 years and 6 months when Mark was born so i would suppose that i was around 2 years old at that time.

i can remember going to visit my sister in hospital when she was born
i had just turned 2, i can remember it like it only happend yesterday
