What is the best fitness dvd?

Just looking to buy one, want a cardio one instead of one which builds up your muscles. Which one do you recommend?

Hmm i have Jordans - mainly for comedy value hahahah... its quite a good fitness video, it isnt just her, her trainer is with her.. shes useless at doing all the stuff and has a skirt on doing it, and knee high boots!

Ive got 3.... the MOS one, urban work out and liberty X's.


I enjoy the uban and liberty x one the best and they are older so ya can prob pick them up off amazon for next to nothing, I think I paid like £3 for them and the MOS I bought from a charity shop... The urban work out one is good if you enjoy urban RnB style music and dancing?? I think it got good write up's
