I really wanted a girl this time round, i had my scan ages ago to be told it was a boy! which at the time i was dissapointed but now im happy and bought loads of baby boy clothes,

every test i have done this last few weeks have told me im having a girl!

Can they get it mixed up with the cord, do u think my chances of producing a girl will happen

I have been having dreams im having a girl as well recently, do u think its just because i want a girl..

Im kinda worried now as what will i do if it does come out a girl.. shes not goingf to have any clothes,

Apart from spending a few hundered pound on a babybond i guess im gonna have to wait till he/ she is born

The suspense will kill me now, what do u think..

From what I've heard if you are told it's a boy it's more certain than if your told it's a girl. I guess it's because they don't just look for what might be confused with the cord but also the scrotum bits also. I think if you've been told boy your more than likely to be having a boy. Book a private gender scan if you want further reassurance. We did and it was well worth the pennies spent.

Thanks nicola, looking back at the scan i didnt see her actually spend time in that area.. i just said before she said anything its a boy isnt it, and she agreed straight away without looking.. oh well i guess im going to look at the other scan, cos its doing my head in all these dreams and tests saying girl.. omg what will i do if it is.. jump for joy..

Oh no you've got me started now lol. What if I buy loads of pink stuff and she turns out to be a he! I don't mind having a boy at all but after I've been told it's a girl I want a girl.

This is really strange, because I had this conversation with my mom this morning!!

I was convinced that mine was a girl, although I have bought loads of boys clothes. And last night I had yet another very vivid dream that they had made a mistake and that I had a baby girl!

TBH I would rather have a boy, so I am chuffed that I am - but what if they have made a mistake? My scan at babybond was at 16weeks and it definately looked like a boy - it cost £75.

Keep us informed if you decide to get a gender scan sunshinestars!
I have my 20 week scan on Monday so I am hoping they will confirm then!

yay..

i have just sold over 200 items though of girls clothes.. so i wont be happy at all..

but reading what people say omg it is quite possible then they get it wrong..

piglet definatly going to have a babybond now, need to put my mind at rest..

Babybond will confirm it for you for sure, we have ours booked for the 16th June but not finding out the sex just the 4D scan so we can get a good look at what baby looks like ) I can't imagine what i would say if i was told a boy then it came out a little girl demand they pair for all the clothes i had brought in the wrong colour i think!!!

they can get it wrong as i was told that by my sono but she was stupid and makes me want another scan. dunno how she could see on pic what it was and was adament it was a girl. ive bought clothes for a boy and girl and our buggy is for both genders too im seeing midwife on 1st may so im gonna try blag anotehr appt

Think i might try and blag another scan before booking any scan thats gonna cost money, although i had a scan done before in 3 d and loved seeing the pics at the end of it..

At babybond they actually took a picture of his willy and put arrows on it on the photograph lol
