what fish can I eat and how much?

Hi ladies-

I think I can eat 2 portions of oily fish a week is that right? So a salmon fillet twice a week?

Also I can eat either 1 tuna steak or 4 tins tuna?

BUT- is tuna an oliy fish so does that count towards oily fish portions? :think:

I can't remember

When morning sickness kicks in I am sure fish will be the last thing on my mind anyway :rotfl:
 
eat as much as you want. i didn't think there was a restriction on fish! its good for you!

You're only supposed to have 2 medium sized tins of tuna or one tuna, marlin, swordfish steak a week. These fish have mercury in them, so it's just to stop you getting to much!

As far as i'm aware, tuna isn't an oily fish, and you can eat as much oily fish as you like!

Cooked and smoked trout and mackrel from Lidl is my fav at the mo!! Yummy!

Stay away from smoked salmon and smoked trout (the non-pre cooked stuff) as they are raw!
