what excersise is good ?

I am full of energy and I want to start excersising more, I go for walks alot at moment,used to go to gym regular before... I don't know whats ok to do when I'm pregnant...any suggestions ?
 
Swimming is supposed to be really good for us!
Don't do too much though and wear yourself out!

Swimming and aquanatal are good :) As the water supports you.
Walking, as long as its gentle exercise it should be fine.
 
lol, i have the humps on the road up to my street and dear god it really hurts going over them. but yes swimming is good x
