What does this mean?

Just been for midwife appt, am 37 weeks. Baby is 2/5ths palpable, does that mean engagement or not? X x

I think it means 2/5th of the baby's head is palpable ie. can be felt above the pelvic rim and 3/5th of the head is below the pelvic rim.
