Gaviscon
Teething gel
Calpol and spoon
Suncream
Nipple cream
Hand Sanitizer
Mini Dettol spray
Tommee Tippee sterilising wipes
Teething toy
Sunglasses
Muslin Square
Dummy
Bib
Keys
Phone
Purse
Red book

I just use my handbag it's a medium sized one. I have some tissues, 2 nappies, a thin pack of wipes, and a spare dummy all inside a nappy sack.

There's an outer pocket on my bag and for some reason I still have a ready made bottle of cow and gate with a teat don't ask me why, even if he took a bottle it'd be too small.

Mine has all the baby essentials, but I keep all my stuff like make up/purse ect in my handbag. It saves any hassle, if OH takes LO he can easily lift the bag w.out taking things out ect. Mines is black & fits perfectly over the buggy handle, what more could I ask for.

xxxx

I don't use one anymore! Just put some nappies and baby wipes in my bag if we are going local and spare clothes if going a little further/longer x

Mum of Owen. Born 11/7/11 @ 19.17pm weighing 7lb 12 oz :)

I only keep my red book in there now as I always forget where I put it around the house, so it's easier to keep it in there and also because of when I go visiting at home I like to have it with me x

I was told to always carry the red book cause if anything happens when your out and you need to take them to hospital you'd need it but tbh I just keep mine in there incase I lose it or the dogs decide its a new toy lol

They told me to only take my book to appointments, we were in hosp 2 times & even tho i took the book they never asked for it, think on the NHS system all the details about birth ect are on other hospitals systems

xxxx

That's what I thought. HV today even put G's current weight in her notes cos we're gonna need a new ranitidine prescription next week and it's weight based.

Xxx

I always carry his red book with us just incase there's an emergency. Not that it's been used in a while because my clinic is poo so we weigh him ourselves now he's old enough to sit still on normal scales x

Mine has nappies, nappy bags, wipes, hand sanitizer, sudocream, usually a couple of bottles ready, Muslim, spare clothes, spare dummy's
