I heard you use 500 extra calories breastfeeding. I've been eating a lot of crisps and choc, but force myself to have a piece of fruit first to balance things out. I also eat cereal it's easy and quick to make, I have bran flakes with craploads of raisins on top, not low cal but very healthy and high in fibre.
