what do i need for baby?

considering i only had my daughter 17 months ago i should know what i need but my mind is clear!
i have down the following but please tell me if theres things i have missed!

Pram
Car seat
Moses basket and stand
Cot and mattress (for later on)
bottles (we already have a steriliser)
clothes
bedding/ blankets
Towels
baby bath

This list just seems small, i have his bedroom furniture with cot but its all the stuff i need straight away i just can't seem to think!
Help please ladies!

What about toiletries? Wipes, nappies, bath stuff, lotion, nappy cream etc

toiletries and toys seem to be missed but thats all i can think of lol

Are you getting sth that you change the baby nappies on or you are going to do diaper changes on the floor/ bed?

i still have wipes and bath things as my lo still uses them will just need to get smaller nappies for my boy
I have a bouncer/swing thing that plays music and a baby gym with rattle toys and toys for the pram to hang down.

I have a changing unit in his room and we have changing mats downstairs.

that's it, it just doesnt seem enough
