What could it be?

Last night my right shoulder, chest, ribs, side bum an leg was all hurtin, but only on right side, if i breathed in too hard it killed me, if i moved it made it even worse, its like a horrible shootin throbbin pain
Anyone had this?

Noo its not gone lol its still there bt not as bad! its drivin me insane =[

Sometimes the extra blood and fluid in the body can cause joints to come enflamed including those around the ribs which can make breathing painful it usually sorts its self out in a few hours but parecetamol can help, hope this helps
