Me and Evie are off to Tesco in a minute- I'm doing grilled lemon and garlic chicken with rice tonight.... I did a Thai Green Curry last night and now I have a renewed confidence when it comes to me cooking!

I refuse to cook anymore frozen pizzas until the next time I incinerate our tea

I'm doing chicken with Peri peri sauce on it, boiled potatoes and salad.

Then chocolate cornettos for pudding.

Just bunged a chicken in the oven, its a big one so will have some with veggies and stuff later and use the rest for a salad tomorrow because I have a friend over for lunch. Anyone got any good chicken salad recipies? (not ceasar because I don't like it) I'm thinking warm chicken and bacon maybe, need a dressing idea??

Aww I miss Dominoes they don't deliver out here and I can't be assed to go all the way there.

We are having a gourmet meal of Beans on Toast and I may even accompany it with a Poached Egg MMMmmmmm
