Hey my tri 1 ladies,

With all these rules about I was wondering what type of breakfasts/lunches and dinners are u having?

Hey Applecider,

Ive been having the below;

Breakfast - Porridge, cheese omelette, cheese on toast, weetabix, scrambled egg on toast

Lunch - Soup, jacket potato tuna & sweetcorn, beans on toast, ham salad, tuna salad, salmon salad

Tea - chicken & veg, steak & veg

Snacks - banana's, kiwi's, strawberries, melon, oranges yogurt

Well before I fell pregnant I was a terrible eater, eat lots of chrisps, a KFC every week, macdonalds after a night out, lots of cake. Since I found out I just want to give my baby the best as I am so scared about miscarraige and don't want my baby having anything bad, trust me though I have never been so healthy in my life! ha I have surprised myself how easily I have changed x
 
Your welcome, I have also been drinking hot milk as I read somewhere that if you don't consume enough calcium then it will be taken from your own bones! I have also been making blueberry and rasberry smoothies and banana smoothies with milk to add more calcium xx

I have gone completely the other way!!! Used to eat a very healthy balanced diet but since I started to feel sick it has gone completely to pot. I even ate supernoodles today!!! The first time since uni 10 years ago - am disgusted with myself... lol
Glad you raised the point about milk AndreaJayne. I have gone right off milk and cereal since I got pregnant and normally love it. I shall start to try and sneak it in to the diet in other ways.
 
Im eating a fortified cereal in the morning too with semi skimmed milk it seems to keep hunger locked up til lunch...... can u tell which one it is?! LOL x

Im really good eater usually but it consisted alot of sushi so thats outta the picture!!! xx
 
Breakkies- 2slices of oaty toast, bowl of special k or mayb a bacon sarny at the weekend

lunch..would normally have sandwich...crisps...choc...allsorts but fid the last week ive been havin ham,or berf if tuna salad with all home grown veg,some crisp breads or melba toast n lots of fruit for snacks. also a root ginger biccy uf i need it mid afternoon

Dinner-fishcakesn salad...jackrt potatoe with some sort of meat....quorn burger or linda mcartney sausage...noodles with thai chicken. n a small kids size choc bar for puddibg. if j want a snack on top of that il gave strawberries n natural yoghurt xx
 
Really appreciate ur ideas! :) they sound like good meal GG! I'm trying my real best to lay off the daily pack of crisps but finding it very difficult!! Eating lots of fruit snacks tho!! Xx
 
Its soooo hard....i used to have a couple of bags a day. n at 3choc snacks. just dnt wanna gain any more weight than i need to...already gained half a stone since gound out i was pregnant :-X
 
I am eating really badly at the minute. I normally eat very well but I just can't be bothered to cook. Been having too much bread.
 
AndreaJayne: Just checking but my doctor and midwife told me not to eat tuna, see if you can swap that with something. x
 
fruit, toast, normal dinners tho ive just been at a festival so baked potatoes and bacon buttys abounded. i cant eat anything too greasy or unhealthy as baby dont like it and it makes me sick. i used to live on crisps but ive eaten less of them since i got pg
