My sister is visiting and I have been outside in the mornings with her yesterday and today. I don't live in the UK and it has been about 32 both days. I thought the sun would be good for vitamin d and as I went inside before noon, sat in the shade for some of the time and cooled of in the pool every 15mins to half an hour as it got hotter I thought it wouldn't be bad but I've just googled and scared myself. I don't think I overheated and I'm drinking lots of water now but reading about the risk of nt defects I'm crying and feel so stupid. Anyone help reassure me I haven't damaged the baby? Anyone in their first trimester this summer spent plenty of time outside or go on holiday and spend time in the sun? I hate myself for messing up this early especially when I asked the Dr if I could still swim. And she said yes, didnt think to ask about the heat.
