I'm still slightly spotting and cramping on and off,
the cramps only last about 5 Min's then they go again they're not constant..
1 Min i notice them and the next they have gone

I've been very emotional today i just can't stop crying, i don't know why,
part of me thinks I'm out this month and it's AF on her way,
but another part of me thinks maybe this is it maybe it is implantation,
as I've never spotted or cramped this early in a cycle before and i still have
about a week left until AF is due,

i keep getting shooting pains in my BB's,
i starting feeling sick this morning and
I've had bad indigestion all day,

i don't know wot to think anymore,
if it is implantation how long does implantation last?..xxx

around 11th march,

i usually spot the day before i start AF but never 7 days before,
and i never cramp until shes here..

You are due day after me, i would def say it is implantation this early.
