just got my first period post partum
my bleeding stopped completely about 6 days ago and today i've had that dreaded AF feeling just and i've come on..how depressing!

some ppl say their first period is a bad one? i've always had heavy painful ones before pregnancy do you think i'm in for a bad time ??

oh good..its not bad at the moment, hopefully it will be ok..just a bit crampy! i think compared to labour contractions it will feel mild anyway! lol

awww bless ya, my sister is complaining thats she's still not had a period since the post birth bleed,

ill be celebrating if i go a while after the birth!!! haha

nature is cruel! mine was only one day and only had slight cramping
why do i feel theres wors to come? lol
