Weird bubbly feeling in uterus?

Hi, so I've been trying to conceive since Christmas and have been really struggling. Just had a couple weeks off in Australia over start of July and ovulated there. Really felt like this would be the one. Got back and my period was 2 days late. I had one little dark brown spot in my underwear and got so excited thinking this was implantation bleed. Then 2 days later I had what I believe was my period. It was darker and lasted 3 days instead of my normal 5 days. But since last night I've been getting these bubbly sensations in my lower abdomen where my uterus would sit.

Has anyone had these symptoms before? I'm worried that I did conceive and that blood was a miscarriage and now the feeling is my uterus healing itself. But then I've read else where that this was their tell tale sign they were pregnant. Just after people's opinions if they've had this feel before. It's like a gurgling bubbling sensation

Honestly, it's probably gas. Your bowel/uterus are in the same area. I feel gas bubbles popping and think it's the baby moving sometimes! It could also just be muscle spasms. If your next period is late you should see a doctor but it sounds like you had a period so I'd say the odds of you being pregnant are low. Not impossible though so test when you can. Good luck x
