try not to worry about it, i made the mistake of weighing myself a few weeks ago, and ive put on two stone since i was weighed at six weeks, nearly died, im the heaviest ive ever been right now but i just dont think about it now, it was stressing me out too much. i think a lot of people put on around a stone, depends how easily you put on weight
Well, I wouldnt stress about it if you are eating healthily and getting a bit of excercise, I am sure everyone is different and there isnt anything you can do about it until bubs is born now.
Personally I am steering well clear of the scales!! We will have all next summer to take nice long walks with our LO's and work it all off - thats what I am telling myself anyway!!
I dont weigh myself cos otherwise I will just become obsessed so Im just trying to enjoy my growing bump, and eat well but try not to over eat (not doing too well on that front this weekend though!!) I will work hard at getting me figure back after bubs is here but until then Im gonna enjoy getting fat!! OR try to any way! To be honest, its more my growing boobs that get me down more than anything else.
That makes me feel alot better, I thought that it was bad that I had put on about a stone, it says I shouldn't have put on that much in the book I have.
