Weight again!

Had Aimee weighed on friday when she was just over 29 weeks old and she is 16lb exactly. Anyone elses baby still this light at almost 7 months? HV said her weight is fine but just want some reassurance that she is not the only one. She was 8lb 11oz born and was 2 weeks late so i don't know why she is still so light. I waiting to put her in a forward facing car seat but they say 10kg. She'll be 2 at this rate before i can get one.

if the HV are ok about it then dont worry hun they would say something if they were concerned they like to voice their opinions! Matthew was 11 days late and was 9lb 1oz, he now weighs 17lb 4oz at 5 and a bit months so has levelled off a bit

at 25 weeks Dior was only 17lbs. but if you look on the chart its average

Harleys 9weeks old and weighs 13lb 5oz (fatty)

thomas was less than 14 pounds at 5 months old and am sure he has not put on weight since as his eating/drinking has not got better

hannah was 10lb 4oz at birth and is now 10 month and is only 19lb so don't worry

I worried constantly about Aaron's weight until I read on the internet about some things. One doctor said if you put 100 33 year olds in one room are they all going to weigh the same? Also as long as they meet their milestones it's fine!

Seren weighed 15lb 15 at 24 weeks, and was told that she was doing great. I have given up worrying about her weight, I thought that babies had to be fat to be healthy but I guess its all individual and babies are all different.

Last got Phoebe weighed at 31weeks (7mths) and she weighed 15lb 11oz.

She has nice chubby thighs. Think she has a little head and that's what makes her look small

Aimee has got a big head and a long skinny body but she looks fine. You just expect babies to be podgy don't you.

This sounds just like Rubie. She only weighs 15lb 7oz and is 6.5 mths old. But she is really chubby!! She does have a small head, she wears 0-3 mth hats!
