Watery discharge anyone?

I know 'wonderful' subject but I had to ask lol

This morning when I woke up I had a little watery discharge, I didnt think much of it as there was only a little bit. Told OH and well thats when this smiley comes in very handy lol

Anyway just had some more now ..same again, not alot. But one of my friends has worried me a little, as ive asked her and she said it might be amniotic fluid leaking out

Is it normal to have this??

Its not smelly, its clear and basicly just like water


As labour draws closer it seems im worrying over everything doesnt it girls... sorry xx

 

It could be the front waters, just under babes head. If you lay down, does it happen more? That's a sign of it being your waters. It could just be good old pregnancy discharge though hun.x

At 38 wks i'd be cheering not worrying

Could be your waters if baby is very low.
They can leak/trickle not just gush.

I noticed my knickers wee a bit wetter than normal today I have had a lot of dischage since PG, this was more wet than white stuff tho (sory TMI)

Oh GAWD, should I be woried?? Havent felt any gushes or trickles though....

I have been experiencing this a lot over the last week or so - I asked my midwife about it last week just in case it was something to be checked over and she said it's very common in the last couple of weeks as long as it's not discoloured and/or smelly it's just another wonder of pregnancy

Violet if theres more maybe just get it checked at gp, they can do the amnio fluid test to see if it is.
