Water infection?? *feel worse!!*

Ok,i've had a dull ache in my tummy for 3 days now and i really don't wanna go see my gp unless I have to but I e got a feelin it's a water infection...wot do u girls think

like I said,I have a dull ache in my stomach,above my bumpbut below my ribs,
I also have a bit of a niggling in my middle back (kidneys?)
weein lots but that's usual for me atm.

I've been takin gaviscon by the bucket load and had to take paracetamol so I could sleep last night. Xxxx

yes it sounds like a water infection id go to gp u dont want it turning into a kidney infection xx

Been to docs and it was inconclusive as to whether I have infection or not,but the nice doc gave me a strong course of anti biotics just to be on the safe side hopefully theyl kick in soon and il feel 'well' xx

Am in so much pain right now...had some paracetamol an hour ago but it hasn't worked...can't get comfy,my back is killing me and my stomach is really sore!!

Thanks,my dh will b home in an hour so once I've cooked tea I can relax for rest of the evenin. It just seems to b
1 thing after another atm,was sooo glad to get the antibiotics but waitin for them to take effect is killin me xx
