Im 5 weeks and I am always wet. My pants for the past couple of weeks are just always damp. It doesnt seem like mucous or anything more than simple water. I mean id nearly think it was urine but I know im not peeing myself (not yet anyways ha ha).

It dosnt smell awful but always kind of smells like how I would do when my period is due. Im well past my period due date so I know its not that! Dont think its an infection or anything.

I got some thin pads but think they are too thin. Because my pants are still damp even with that on.

Just want to know is this normal and is anyone else with me?

One other thing - I pee quite a bit during the day and thats fine but when I go to bed and am peeing a lot in the night, lately I feel like im not clearing my bladder. Like last night I went before bed, needed to go about 5mins after getting into bed and when I got off the toilet still felt like I hadnt gone. Is that normal? Again dont think its an infection or anything as no burning or itching etc.

I think I also had a lot of CM around that point. Have some on and off still now too.

In regards to the bladder, go to the loo 10 mins before bed and then before bed also. I’m diabetic and have this issue as well.

Watery CM is normal unfortunately. Maybe try liners for bladder weakness if it’s more like water than mucous. They might work better.

I have the same thing when peeing and have had it for months, but I think that’s because baby presses on my bladder (33 weeks now). At 5 weeks it really does sound more like a urine infection. I had one in early pregnancy and I never had the burning either. Pregnancy UTIs are often different and harder to detect. I’d definitely go and get it checked.
