Warning - Happy Feet Penguins

One of the christmas pressies we were given for Ellie included a happy feet penguin. I think it was a free one with washing powder. It doesn't have any stuffing in it, but it said it was suitable for all ages so we let Ellie play with it. Next thing we realised she had pushed it's whole head in her mouth and pushing the rest of it's body in after it. Hubby (who was playing with her at the time) grabbed it out before she choked on it and we won't be giving it to her again but I don't think they are suitable for all ages at all, because they have no stuffing they are too small.
