Alfie has been crawling for a while now and is Mr Speedy!!! However, when I stand him on his feet to walk, he has no interest and just collapses onto his bum!! Anyone elses LO like this??? He a lazy boy. My eldest Kaitlyn was 9 months and Joey was 12 months xx

Hello you, haven't see you for a while!

Drake is like that. He's cruising and that and will stand there holding onto things with one hand even but if i stand him up in the middle of the room and try and let go he just sits down!

I'm not expecting him to walk anytime soon, he still kinda drags his feet when he cruises!

Hi hun, thanks for reply. Nope, no time to breathe now, back at work, these three to look after lol. I have been enjoying the school holiday as I work at a school I get to spend time with the kids!)
Awww Alfie isnt even cruising, he gets up onto his knees but that is as far as he goes, lazy boy!!
Drake looks like a total cutie in that photo and a little cheeky!!!
Take care hun

Nice to see you around Hun, Tegan is obsessed with wanting to walk, she's been cruising for about 3 weeks and the last 2 days has started standing unsupported for a few seconds yet my friends baby who is 9 days older than Tegan isn't even pulling herself up. Im sure he'll get there soon enough! xx

It took lace 4 months to go from cruising around furniture to walking so I'm giving charley the same amount of time. He's been cruising for 2 months and will stand holding my hands but if I try walking with him, he moans.
Good to see you back hun x x

Herbie has been cruising forever and standing up and letting go, no idea why he won't walk I'm not use to this lol he has done 2 steps here and there but that's it can't understand how he did everything else so early now he's come to a stop. My other two where walking by now but as everyone tell's me he will do it when he's ready lol

Hello Emz - welcome back! God Alfie is soo cute in your avatar piccy, what a blondy!

My third took 16 months to start walking as she was youngest of three close in ages and so she never needed to , the others brought her things! might be the same for yours?

When she did walk tho, she never looked back , really steady and ready which was better for me as parent , less bumps, scrapes etc

Thanks for all your replies and welcomes back!!! Crazy how your time just goes isn't it!!
Hmm, I will give lazy boy more time then ;o) xxx
