My morning sickness has stopped, not that i miss it

I dont know if im just over reacting or what but i am very very worried someting is going wrong!

Has anyone elses symptoms stopped???

when i was 6weeks exactly my morning sickness was dreadfull,
i couldnt eat or sleep i could only drink ice cold water with loads of ice.
i made myself eat for baby even though it made me feel worse!!

im sick with worry and dont know what to do, it just seems a little weird to me how one day i am ill with morning sickness and the next day it has gone for nearly 4days now!!!

I think you should just relax and count yourself lucky. I think tests pick up HCG until 12 weeks. so do a test or go to docs. Maybe your symptoms are just naturally calming :)

Please dont test as I did this and scared myself to death!
Your symptoms will come and go so try not to worry, speak to ur GP or midwide if your worried hun x

I have been worried about this too, I just was saying to my OH last night, I feel totally normal. Now I didnt have many symptoms to begin with, just tender breasts, mild nausea and tiredness. My breasts are still very tender but the nausea and tiredness have gone?????

I am trying not to get worried about it though and just see how it goes for a few days. Let me know how you get on over the next few days too.

Hi lovely,
i have days where my boobs don't seem to be as tender and my sickness is fine and i do lots of stuff and don't feel tired so i would say that your fine....i think that some days you have full on hormone floods and then it subsides for a bit til the next on sault . Sometimes i just feel plain loopy some days....
Relax and try not to focus to much on every little thing. I'm sure it won't be long til you have a big belly....
