I did ask that maybe just maybe it might be easier to watch it than actually go through it.......... but no, he thought I got the easy job by just doing the pushing while he would get the traumatic job of actually seeing what was happening.... poor love - we do put these men through so much don't we !!!!!!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

My OH has 14 children. He has seen all but one I think being born. What did he as his reason for not being there with me? It's boring.. Never mind supporting me. Never mind that he'd only be sat cuddled up to me on the settee or playing on the internet anyway.

He was joking by the way. He will be there. I think he just doesn't want me to give him too much hassle.

I watched this video twice too. It wasn't very clear with all the interference. I wanted to see when the tear happened, but like you said it doesn't always happen, which is good. Apart form that there was nothing bad about it was there?

i thought it was fascinating to see it from the other side. you really dont see too much from your end

i personnally had always had that nagging fear of childbirth that most women have. never put me off wanting them but was no looking forward to it. once i fell pregnant though i found that knowing it was inevitable was a comfort - couldnt get out of it so just gonna have to do it. and when the time came i found that it wasnt as bad as i had always dreaded.

on the day you do what must be done and i found that it all came very naturally. i wont lie and say it doesnt hurt, you know it will, but its bearable and the most amazing experience once you hold that babe!

No. They don't obviously all live with us. They live with their mothers (5 altogether). He doesn't work due to disability.
